GBR Anglia Update

Greater Anglia (now known as GBR Anglia) has launched an improved live route map to give customers clearer information about train services, possible alternative routes and station facilities, particularly during disruption.

Following feedback from customers and colleagues gathered over the course of a year, and joint work with our integrated railway partners in Network Rail and c2c Anglia, as well as other operators, the map has been redesigned.

It shows live train information, station details, accessibility information and possible alternative routes during disruption, helping customers to plan ahead and make more informed decisions while travelling.

The updated map includes improvements such as clearer interchanges with other rail services (including the Elizabeth line and London Underground), clearer operator logos to help customers identify affected routes and other services that may provide alternative journey options during disruption, and clearer station names and symbols denoting airports or routes with a limited service.

The redesigned map is also more compatible with mobile devices when accessed through the Greater Anglia app, giving customers easier access to live train information, tickets, and travel updates while they are on the move.

The Greater Anglia app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
