Photography Competition
I’m thrilled to announce the “I Love My Community” Photo Competition, and I’m excited to see how you capture the heart of our community. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase the beauty and spirit of Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket through your lens, and share with others what makes our area so unique.
The Competition
The competition is open to all ages, with three categories:
Under 11s: 1 winner
11-18s: 1 winner
Over 18s: 1 winner
Whether it's a local landmark, a tranquil park, or a moment of everyday life that speaks to the essence of our community, I want to see what you love most about where we live.
Competition Brief:
The theme for the competition is:
"I love my community"
Your photos should be taken within the Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket constituency and should reflect what you love about our area—whether it's the people, the places, or the everyday moments that make our community so special.
Submission Guidelines:
Each artist may submit up to 3 images.
Images can be in colour or black and white.
Digital images are acceptable, with a minimum file size of 100MB.
Prizes:
The winning entry from each age group will be displayed in my parliamentary office.
Each winner will receive a framed copy of their photograph.
Winners will be invited to the unveiling event at the office launch on 27th June.
